Prices are information, not offers
Every price here is a published range from a named source, reproduced with the date it was checked. It is not a quotation, not an offer of service, and not a promise that any company will work at that price. The only price that binds anyone is the one in a written quote from a company you deal with directly.
The calculator
The calculator multiplies and combines published ranges to produce an estimate. It runs in your browser, keeps no record of your answers, and cannot know the condition of your equipment, your building's access rules or your supplier's tax position. Treat the output as a sanity check on a quote, not as a budget.
Legal and tax information
Summaries of tenancy law and VAT are written in plain language from official sources and linked to them. They are general information, not legal or tax advice, and they are not a substitute for reading your own tenancy contract or speaking to an adviser about your circumstances.
Quote requests
If you send a request, you confirm the details are yours and accurate, and you consent to them being passed to AC maintenance companies covering your city. We do not select, employ, supervise or guarantee those companies, and any contract you make is with the company, not with us. We may receive a fee for the introduction; it never changes a published price.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit anyone else's personal details.
- Do not scrape, republish or resell the price tables as a dataset.
- Do not use the forms to send commercial offers to us or to the companies in the network.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on a published figure, from a company's work, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Intellectual property
The text, charts and illustrations on this site belong to the operator. Source figures belong to the organisations named beside them, and we link to each one. Quote a figure with a link to the source page, not by copying a table.
