What we collect
- Quote requests: city, property type, number of AC units, service needed, your name and your mobile or WhatsApp number, plus your consent record.
- Company registrations: company name, coverage, main service, contact name, phone and work email.
- Nothing else by default. The calculator runs in your browser and sends no answers to us. The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we collect it and what we do with it
To pass your request to AC maintenance companies that cover your city so they can quote. We ask for your consent on the form before you send it, and that consent is the basis on which we share the request. We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing unrelated to the request you made.
Who receives it
AC maintenance companies in the city you name, and the form provider that transmits the message to us. Each company becomes responsible for what it does with your details after it receives them.
How long we keep it

Your rights
The UAE federal law on personal data is Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021. Subject to that law and to the rules that apply where you live, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent for further sharing.
