The top bar is the one worth understanding before you book. Where mould or post-renovation dust is confirmed, the job becomes remediation rather than cleaning, at often AED 3,500-6,000+. A company that finds that on site will re-quote, so ask at the survey stage what would trigger it.
Why do two sources disagree about the same studio?

Is duct cleaning part of a maintenance contract?
No. Across Dubai contracts, excluded items are gas top-ups, spare parts, duct cleaning and unlimited emergency call-outs, and duct cleaning bought alongside a contract is quoted at AED 800-2,500+. If a contract quote includes "full cleaning", ask in writing whether ducts are in it.
Do you actually need it?
Not every year, and not in every home. The case is strongest after building work anywhere near your ceiling void, when the vents smell musty rather than dusty, or when a flat has stood empty through a summer with the AC off. A long-occupied apartment with clean filters and a flushed drain is usually better served by coil and drain cleaning at a fraction of the price.
Ask what the job includes before comparing numbers: brushing and vacuuming the accessible runs, cleaning or replacing grilles, and a disinfection pass are three separate things, and a cheap quote usually contains one of them.
